Cancellation Policy
Late Policy

Clients have a 12-minute grace period. Arrivals over 12 minutes late may result in cancellation with $20 fee and rescheduling. If Time after the 12min late period is accepted it results in a $12 extra fee to remaining balance

No-Show Policy

No-shows may result in a $20 fee. After 2 no-shows, clients will be blocked from future bookings.

Same-Day Cancellation

Same-day cancellations will result in a $20 fee.
